When you choose a bank transfer, we generate a unique virtual-account number tied to your neototo profile. You transfer funds from your bank app or ATM to that account, just like any other bank transfer. During major holidays such as Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Imlek, or Nyepi, banking networks may experience delays. We do not offer a free demo mode or practice account on neototo. To explore our platform, you must open an account, verify your identity via KYC, and deposit real funds. However, during account verification (which typically takes a few hours), your account is active and you can browse all available markets and games — you simply cannot place wagers or withdraw until verification completes. This gives you time to familiarize yourself with the interface before you fund your account. Security and account care
We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your neototo account to add an extra layer of security. To enable 2FA, log in to your account, open Account Settings, select Security, and toggle 2FA on. You will be prompted to scan a QR code with your phone using an authenticator app (such as Google Authenticator, Authy, or Microsoft Authenticator). After you scan, the app generates a code. Enter this code on neototo to confirm setup. Once enabled, every time you log in from a new device, you will be asked to provide a 2FA code from your phone. Our support team never asks for your 2FA codes — if anyone claiming to be from neototo requests them, it is not us.
If you forget your neototo password, click "Forgot your password?" on the login page. Enter your email address, and we will send a password-reset link to your registered email. Click the link (it expires after one hour for security), and you will be taken to a page where you can set a new password. Make sure you choose a strong password with a mix of uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols. If you do not receive the reset email, check your spam folder. If you no longer have access to your registered email, contact [email protected] with proof of account ownership (such as a recent transaction ID or deposit details), and we will help you regain access.
If you suspect someone has accessed your neototo account without your permission, contact our support team immediately at [email protected].
