What happens after you open your neototo account

After you submit the registration form, we send a confirmation email to the address you provided. Click the link in that email to activate your account. Once activated, your account moves to the verification stage.

Account verification (KYC)

We verify your identity by cross-checking your name, date of birth, and phone number against public databases and telecommunications records. This is a legal requirement called Know Your Customer (KYC) verification and takes typically a few hours. During verification, your account is active but you cannot withdraw funds — you can deposit and explore the platform, but withdrawals are blocked until verification completes.

If our automated checks cannot confirm your identity, we may request additional documentation — such as a government-issued ID or a utility bill. If this happens, we contact you via email with instructions. Once you submit the documents, manual review takes a few more hours. Most accounts are verified without needing extra documentation.

Linking a payment method

Once verified, you link one of our eight payment methods. You choose between e-wallets (DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet) or bank virtual accounts (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet). We never store your password or PIN — we only store a secure reference to your account so that deposits and withdrawals are processed to and from your own account.

If you use mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or mobile banking, you authorize the deposit by opening your wallet app and confirming the amount. If you use local payment, you scan a unique QR code with your bank or wallet app. If you use online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, or local payment, we generate a virtual-account number unique to your neototo profile; you transfer funds from your bank app or ATM just like any other transfer.

Making your first deposit

Deposits are fee-free from neototo's side, though your payment provider may charge transaction fees (these are shown before you confirm). After you authorize a deposit, the funds appear in your neototo balance within minutes (for e-wallets) or within minutes (for bank transfers). Your account balance updates instantly, and you can see the deposit in your account history.

There is no minimum or maximum deposit amount set by neototo, but your payment provider or bank may have limits on single transactions. If you need to deposit more than your provider allows, you can make multiple deposits.

Your first session

Once your account is verified and you have deposited funds, you can access all games on neototo. You can browse football markets (Liga 1, Piala Indonesia, Piala AFF, Champions League, Premier League, MotoGP, badminton), sit down at a live-dealer table (blackjack, roulette, baccarat, Dragon Tiger with real dealers in multi-camera studios), spin a slot game (Aviator, Sweet Bonanza, Gates of Olympus, Fortune Tiger, Mahjong Ways), or explore esports markets (Mobile Legends, Free Fire, PUBG Mobile). Your account balance is available across all games — you do not need separate accounts or wallets.

Withdrawing your balance

When you are ready to withdraw, you navigate to the Withdraw section of your account and request a withdrawal to your linked payment method. Your funds return to the same account you deposited from (online payment to e-wallet, mobile banking to local payment, etc.). This protects you from unauthorized transfers to third-party accounts.

We process withdrawal requests during business hours. E-wallet withdrawals typically complete within minutes; bank transfers may take up to one business day. During major holidays such as Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Imlek, or Nyepi, banking networks may experience delays beyond our control.

We may place a withdrawal under review if we detect unusual activity — for example, a large withdrawal to a new payment method shortly after a deposit — to verify that you authorize it. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and does not indicate wrongdoing. We contact you if we need to confirm the request.

Who can open a neototo account

To open an account on neototo, you must meet certain eligibility criteria. First, you must be of the age of majority in your jurisdiction — typically 18 years or older, though some regions set a higher threshold. You are responsible for verifying that you meet your jurisdiction's age requirement before you register.

Third, you must use your real name and truthful information when you register. Accounts opened with false identity information are closed immediately, and any balance is forfeited. You certify that all information you provide is accurate and that you are eligible to use neototo under the laws of your jurisdiction.
