What you see after you sign in

Once you sign in to your neototo account, you arrive at your account dashboard. This is your home page within the platform, showing your current balance, recent transactions, and quick links to all game categories.

Account dashboard overview

Your dashboard displays your available balance at the top — this is the total funds you can use across all games on neototo. Below that, you see a summary of your recent activity: deposits received, withdrawals processed, and gaming activity from the last few days. You can click any transaction to see its full details, including timestamp, amount, and payment method.

Navigation tabs across the top or side of the dashboard link you to different sections: Sports (football markets), Live Dealers (blackjack, roulette, baccarat, Dragon Tiger), Slots (Aviator, Sweet Bonanza, Gates of Olympus, Fortune Tiger, Mahjong Ways), Esports (Mobile Legends, Free Fire, PUBG Mobile), and Account.

Account settings and security

Your Account section contains your profile information, security settings, and transaction history. You can update your email, phone number, and password here. You can also enable or manage two-factor authentication (2FA), which adds an extra layer of security by requiring a code from your phone when you log in from a new device.

Your login history shows all recent sign-in attempts, including the device, browser, IP address, and timestamp. If you see a sign-in you do not recognize, you can revoke that session immediately and reset your password. This protects your account if someone else obtained your password.

Deposits and withdrawals

The Deposit section lets you add funds to your neototo balance. You select your payment method (DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or a bank virtual account) and the amount. We process deposits within minutes for e-wallets and within minutes for bank transfers. Your balance updates immediately once the transfer is confirmed.

The Withdraw section lets you request a withdrawal back to your original payment method. You enter the amount, confirm the payment method, and submit the request. We process withdrawals during business hours; bank transfers may take up to one business day. During major holidays such as Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Imlek, or Nyepi, banking networks may experience delays beyond our control.

All your deposits and withdrawals appear in your transaction history with a unique reference number. You can download this history as a record if needed.

Password reset and account recovery

If you forget your password, click "Forgot your password?" on the login page. We send a password-reset link to your registered email address. Click that link to set a new password. If you no longer have access to your email, contact our support team at [email protected] with proof of account ownership (such as recent deposit or withdrawal details). We will help you regain access.

Gaming sections

Each gaming section (Sports, Live Dealers, Slots, Esports) displays available markets and games. In Sports, you see upcoming Liga 1 matches, Piala Indonesia fixtures, Piala AFF tournaments, Champions League, Premier League, MotoGP, badminton events, and more. Each match or event shows available betting markets and current odds. You select a market, enter your stake, and confirm your bet. Your wager is deducted from your balance immediately, and the outcome is settled according to the official result.

Live Dealers display active gaming tables (blackjack, roulette, baccarat, Dragon Tiger) with real dealers conducting games live on camera. You join a table, place your bets using virtual chips, and play in real time. The dealer's actions and card outcomes are broadcast live, so all players see the same results.

Slots display available games (Aviator, Sweet Bonanza, Gates of Olympus, Fortune Tiger, Mahjong Ways, and others). Each slot has a spin button, stake selector, and payline display. You set your stake, spin, and wait for the reel result. Payouts are calculated automatically and credited to your balance immediately.

Esports displays markets on Mobile Legends, Free Fire, and PUBG Mobile tournaments. You can wager on match outcomes, map winners, and tournament champions. Markets update in real time as tournaments progress.

Session timeout and logout

For security, your neototo session automatically logs out after a period of inactivity (typically subject to verification). If this happens while you are viewing a game, you will be prompted to log back in to continue. You can also manually log out by clicking the logout button in your account menu. Logging out ends your session and requires you to sign in again to access your account.

Contact support

In-app support chat is available within your neototo account dashboard during business hours. Click the support icon to open a chat window and describe your issue. A support agent will respond and assist you.

You can also email [email protected] with details of your issue, your username, and any relevant transaction IDs or screenshots. We aim to respond to all support emails within one business day.

For account or payment issues, include as much detail as possible: the date and time of the transaction, the payment method used, the amount, and a description of what went wrong. The more information you provide, the faster we can investigate and resolve the issue.

Common login issues

Incorrect username or password: Double-check that you entered your username (or email) and password exactly as registered. Passwords are case-sensitive. If you are still unable to sign in, use the password-reset link on the login page.

Two-factor authentication code not working: If you enabled 2FA, you will be asked for a code from your phone after you sign in. Make sure your phone's time is synchronized with your network (most phones do this automatically). The code is typically valid for 30 seconds. If the code expires, request a new one.

Account suspended or locked: If your account is temporarily locked due to multiple failed login attempts, try signing in again after subject to verification. If your account has been suspended by neototo due to a policy violation, you will see a message explaining this. Contact [email protected] to appeal or ask for details.

Geographic restriction: If you see a message saying your location is not supported, neototo services are not available in your jurisdiction under current law. If you believe this is an error, contact [email protected] to discuss your situation.
